03Cross-border transfers

Personal data originating in the EU, UK or other jurisdictions may be processed in India or in the cloud database regions used by our infrastructure providers. Such transfers are carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable.

Where required, transfers additionally rely on your explicit consent, captured at registration. You may withdraw that consent at any time, in which case we will delete or restrict processing of your account data.

  • Request immediate and irreversible deletion of your account and associated profile data
